3. AI Facial-Expression Suggestions
Camera-based AI features provide suggestions based on visible facial cues. These suggestions can be incomplete or incorrect and do not establish how you truly feel. You are responsible for confirming or changing the result before saving it.
Premium advanced Google AI facial analysis is an online feature and requires an active internet connection.
4. Do Not Rely on the App for Emergencies
Do not use Mood AI as a substitute for emergency services or qualified medical or mental health professionals. If you believe you or another person is in immediate danger, contact appropriate local emergency services.
5. Journal and Voice Content
You are responsible for the content you enter, record, or save. Do not use the app to create, store, or transmit unlawful content or content that violates the rights of others.
6. Camera Use
Only submit images you have the right and permission to use. Do not analyze another person’s face without their knowledge or where doing so would violate applicable law or privacy rights.
7. Reminders
Reminder delivery may depend on device settings, battery optimization, operating-system rules, and notification permissions. The app cannot guarantee that every notification will be delivered at an exact moment.
8. Premium Features and Billing
Premium access may include ad-free use, voice journaling, and advanced Google AI facial-expression analysis. Subscription billing, renewal, cancellation, and refunds are managed through the App Store or Google Play as applicable.
9. Acceptable Use
You may not misuse, reverse engineer where prohibited, interfere with, overload, scrape, or attempt unauthorized access to the app, backend services, AI endpoints, or related infrastructure.
10. Availability and Changes
Features may change, be improved, be replaced, or be discontinued. Online AI features may also depend on third-party service availability and internet connectivity.
11. Intellectual Property
Mood AI’s software, branding, design, original content, and associated materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your own journal entries remain your content, subject to the technical processing needed to provide the features you choose.
